The Fairborn, OH based credit union announced this week that it will pay $4 million dollars to its members which tops the dividend they paid their members last year. Compared to large banks that only care about profit, this shows that the institutions that are more focused on people are going to win the customer service battle. I am looking forward to it, because I am a member.
